As I mentioned in my earlier post, I tried installing Windows 7 Ultimate x64, but it freezes due to unavailable AMD 2400G drivers. I tried slipstreaming Windows 10 drivers and I tried disabling the internal GPU and inserting an external one, all unsuccessfully.
This seems to be a known issue, and no one knows if AMD will ever issue Windows 7 drivers.

This method worked for the older Ryzen chips, I actually used it for the Ryzen 1600x, the problem here is the GPU.
May be changing the brand from Dell to something else would work, this is a home built computer (no brand)
