Yep...Maybe try to see if there is a flasher on the site for this bios. A lot of times, they have the utility separate.
I downloaded the dos awdflasher from the shuttle website. Should I try the winflash program or is that too risky? I tried flashing with the following commands: awdflash.exe sx48se05.bin /cc/cd/cp/py/sb/nbl/R /nbl = no boot lock /sb = no bootblock reflashing and it worked!! I am now activated! Thanks for everyone's help!
I tried yours with no luck, but 911medic's flashed finally. Damn it!!! I just restarted and now I'm not activated! I also went into the bios and the pc health menu shows no information about temps or fans. I guess I will reflash the original bios. Hopefully we can figure out what is wrong and sucessfully mod this damn bios!
I thought it almost worked after I tried flashing with a few additional commands, but when I restarted I was not activated. I checked my slic with SLIC_Dump_TooKitV1.08 and the rsdt shows ShuttlShuttle. Is there another way to add a slic 2.1 to this BIOS? Sorry to be a royal pain, and thanks for your help!
is the bios that you gave it to us is the latest? maybe just use your old bios now and that should be modify?
