Hi Serg008, sorry for being late and that i'm missed the nesseary ATK installation. I've installed ATK and WinFlash, started Winflash via cmd and /NODATE parameter but now I'm stuck again. From my view WinFlash doesn't recognise your modified BIOS. I've cross checked with a orgin Bios file, which was recognised fine and also the flash button was enabled. (have a look at the screens)
Thanks, but BIOS doesn't work for me. I firstly update original BIOS 2507, reboot and then I update modded BIOS. But after loading BIOS file entire PC freeze. I tried update via ASUS EZ Flash Utility and than boot to DOS and update via BUPDATER tool, but problem is the same.
This bios has been confirmed as "Working" many times -flash the official (non modified) BIOS, reboot, enter the BIOS and load the Optimal default setting, -flash the modified BIOS from pure DOS, enter into the BIOS, load the Optimal default settings and check the storage adapters and memory settings
try the recovery flash method: - copy modified bios (VRL50.bin) on the FAT formatted USB stick. - Turn Off the laptop. Disconnect the power cable and take out the Battery. - Insert USB stick to laptop (first try the right side's USB ports). - Hold down "Ctrl"+"Home", insert power cable, wait few secs, turn laptop on. (after locating the BIOS binary image, the system will enter the BIOS Recovery page. You should get a screen infrorming You: 'erasing flash rom, rewriting...' - Computer will shutdown after few mins. reinsert power cable, battery
