What you're after doesn't need any kind of BIOS modding. Search about "massgravel" and activate the desired edition of Windows 10/11 using HWID. Since we don't support HWID tools in this forum, you can't find any further assistance here.

Hey team, looking for a HP 280 G3 mt bios, like P04_0241.bin and sig files with overclocking and ECC memory enabled. I am still learning how to diy this type of thing, getting errors with RSA sig failed or 43 writing failed.
@GhostHacked Looks like you already flashed this mod, which used a permanent SLIC insertion technique. As a result, you don't need to mod the subsequent BIOS revisions. Just flash the official BIOS image normally and the SLIC table will remain.

@Guman Please don't use "Windows 7 Loader eXtreme Edition v3" because it's very old and outdated. Opt for Windows Loader by Daz (for SLIC emulation/manual cert+key installation/rudimentary OEM information editing) or the MRP project (OEM theming and cert+key installation) instead. Back to the SLIC mod part, kindly share a screenshot of the Advanced tab of SLIC Toolkit.
