This highlighted statement concerns me...Do you understand the bios mod process?? Or how loaders work??? If the tool shows a 2.1 SLIC, then it has a 2.1 SLIC. the loader has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the bios, and would not affect the SLIC detection of the tool. I think flashing this bios with a slic already present(original) would be much wiser than the bios you modded. If the flash with the mod bios does not brick, consider yourself lucky..Dynamic is risky enough, without adding this trouble..BAD JUJU!!!
I understand how loaders are working and the bios mod process. If he use a loader, Slic Dump ToolKit failed. Imho, there is really Slic2.1 in original bios. ...and the sentence "there is still a loader in it" was nonsense.
Slic2.1.bin and Cert.XRM-MS e.g. Asus.bin<-->Asus.XRM-MS have to match, you can forget SLP , you don't need it to activate W7.
I am a little concerned about bricking my device. I removed the loader and checked with the slic dump tool kit and there is a slic 2.1 present, however I'm not sure which cert to use.
What shows the kit (Advance)? XSDT= RSDT= Pubkey= Marker= Basic; Status Dump OK ! ( XXXXXXXXXXX?_V2.1 )
