    It should be fine if it sucessfully ran throught AMI Slic Tool.
    Obviously you did the ROM file, which wasn't included in the original link you gave.
    Just be careful and be sure to flash with the proper utility for your baord and have a recovery method ready.

    Did you make a back-up from the current BIOS ?
