    When I was trying to do the bios mod myself (before I asked for help) with awardtool129, I used isa without any modifiers in the advanced page... Using those settings it didn't work... I think this is what you are refering to. Thanks for the suggestion though :)

    That one may need a manual mod.
    Ask 911Medic to look at it again he may be able to help you.

    Correct, I tried to update with the new bios's in dos booting from a 3.5 floppy using the utility provided by Asus's website... (aflash221) :)

    Is the only mod method tried ISA??

    If it is an Award, try the SSv3 method. This bios has no SLIC table..
