    You are asking a big question and one that no one can answer because you have not provided enough information.

    Flash your bios with the recommended flash utility that is provided by your motherboard manufacturer.

    And no one knows what switches to use (Ex. - a/ c/ d/) Again, that is up to your motherboard manufacturer recommendation.

    Usually, flashing a bios in awdflash is straightforward: awdflash nameofbios.bin or awdflash nameofbios.rom.

    Beyond this, I can't help you without seeing or knowing the utility that came with your bios. Usually if there are switches (Ex. - a/ c/ d/) it will be in a .BAT file. Open the .BAT file by right clicking on it and choose EDIT or Open with Notepad to see what it says.
