Yes i will, i am sorry should have given credit. I did use the tool as i do with most mods. That information is also on this site, and thats where i got it from. I figured it was redundant to keep repeating information, and I was helping people who did not want to do it themselves. Suggested that tool posting be made a sticky. I will use your format above in future postings. I am more intreasted in the results, than who gets the credit, from microsoft to the bios manufacturer, ami-award-phoenix tool authors etc... Collecting the information on *sucessful* flashes is more relevant than taking *credit* for myself. Real credit would be in $$$ which if I had i would be buying the real thing, and not modding my BIOS lol..
What other information do you need?. If you are refering to me using the mod tool, i apologise. I prefer to use DELL because it allows server 2008, untill slp keys are avaliable for others.. Also if you read the posters original request, he/she just wants a *slic 2.1*?. Now why use any other which limits you to win 7 ??. I would like very much to get my hands on a gigabyte server 2008 slp key.. This information is also on the site elswhere..
If the poster expresses hi/her wish to have the bios moded for Windows Server, he/she will do that in the request. If not, all the bios files are moded with the identic slic table as the existing one(2.0) or the same as the bios' brand. And loose the tone, would you? I need you to stop moding bios files as we are enough people already.
