no actually it point to the right place. SLIC is located at 0F of the rom.
and when I go into the module the location is 0F 00 FC FF. which is correct.
    FFFC0000h + 0Fh = FFFC000F.

I don't see anything wrong also with your mod.
    so confused.

by the way. I only can find the NVIDIA flash tool for video card.
    can't find it for motherboard.
is there any other tool that I can use?

I must concur. The tool is right on, I know Andy said there was an update issue earlier, but this is solid. I cannot see the problem. Did you load defaults in the bios and clear the cmos??

There is no other tool for core7. Manual maybe, but this is the same thing after looking..

ASRflash is asrocks flash tool. The only boards that use another Nvidia type tool is evga and XFX sometimes..

Nope.....Not at all. I would wager if you took the factory bios and hit verify it would do the same thing..

Ha! Indeed it did. :p I'd just hate to brick this mutha, my beastly quad core is down because the PSU gave up the ghost. It'll be a few weeks before my RMA gets here. :D

Another question: Can I use a CD to reflash, if there's a problem? I don't have a pendrive or floppy on this rig.
