    Just be sure to flash from DOS with AFUDOS v2.x from ASUS (NOT Afudos 4.x from AMI).
    The 5.32 is the exact same Bios file you linked, so I know it will work on your MB.
    The 5.35 should also work for you, but I can't say that with 100% certainty.
