    It's the first time I flash the BIOS in this motherboard. I will follow your instructions and copy the autoexec.bat, flashspi and modified Bios file to a Bootable Device and reboot with it in and it will automatically flash the Bios.

    Thank you for the explication.

    They are the same.
    You don't need a Gigabyte Key.
    You need the Gigabyte Certificate because it matches the Gigabyte SLIC 2.1 added to that BIOS and any OEM SLP key that matches your version of Win 7 (Ultimate, Pro, etc.) will work.
