    no. there is no application installed on this computer.
    it's a fresh installed win 7 ultimate rtm with 27 left til activation.
    you were thinking of the tools that refresh the bios not fresh it correctly.
    but for asrock there is only 1 tool to use.
    that's why I am thinking the address of the SLIC could cause the issue or not?
