    Ive done what youve said but I think the boot block is corrupted, I get a completly black screen (not even POST), no sounds apart the one from the cpu fan, and the only lights working are the Power and WLAN LEDs

    Sorry to hear that buddy,.. Try it again with all the AMI bios recovery... If you can borrow external floppy drive it would be ok.. You can also disconect the HD of your laptop if you can that way it will find Drive or detect your SD card..

    That one seems OK, thanks :)

    Just one question, I don't see any keys for Win7 Ultimate. Are there any for Gigabyte OEM? If not, any chance the bios could be modded for Dell?

    Key are not specific. You can use different brand key for win7 ultimate doesn't matter if Dell or Gigabyte..
