    Try Flashing the Un-Modified 0408 Bios and see how that works on your PC.
    Also what Utility and Switches did you use to flash it ?

    update:
    i just realized it boots up successfully after a long lasting coma state. not a big surprize, because old bios was already problematic with "delayed boot" issue. same old problem that i experienced daily, nothing new, just worse. must be the lack of support for older cpus like my pentium d. if i can solve the delay problem anyway, i will report the slic function too asap.

    there is no any damage caused by modified bios, thank you very much for your time & effort. :eek:

    Get rid of Vista COMPLETELY and Use an Unmodified (NOT Pre-Activated) copy of Win 7 from the Win 7 Repository Thread.
    That Pre-Activated Vista was Obviously interferring with the SLIC info from the BIOS.
    Then post a new RW Everything Report is this still isn't working properly for you.
