    NoJuan999 I am having trouble with AWDFlash it keeps on freezing. I tell it the bios to flash, then it ask Backup Bios (I hit Y), then is ask for the file-name I type bios.bin hit enter then nothing. I have tried it 4 times with the same results.

    Not that I am aware of but sometimes using different switches with the Flash tool works to update the RSDT.
    You may need to try AFUDOS 2.x from ASUS and see if it will work on that Bios.
    The Modded Bios contains the necessary info it is just a matter of getting the Flash procedure tou update the Bios properly.
    You might want to look around for Pac-Bell forums related to Bios Flashing and see if there are any special DMI tools or the like needed for that Series of NoteBooks.

    Unless you renamed the modified Bios you should be typing: 317slic.bin
