    yo, I manage to use the windows based loader v1.7.7 from Daz and manage to activate my Windows 7 Ultimate without flashing or modding the bios to include SLIC 2.1.... Nevertheless, thanks for all the suggestions given and hope others can use the same method as me...

    Oh Man, I see just about every ASUS board except mine! (ASUS M2N-MX SE PLUS)... am I the only freak with this board? I am wishing if somebody comes up with request for bios mod for that one, I could solve my problems too!!!
