    yes, you did a bios mod for me on this mobo. But the Official bios you modded dosen't support my newer qual core cpu. The Beta bios I linked to today is supposed to fix the problems with the newer quads.

    NoJuan999, I just realized that I had not used the switches/parameter in the flash command.
    /py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R perhaps one of these commands will turn of the error for mismatchd file. ? ?

    quick google tells me: /CKS - stands for comparing the checksum of the file with XXXXh. If the checksums are different, you'll see the message "The program file's part number does not match with your system!". As a rule, XXXXh for each BIOS update file is usually available on the mainboard manufacturer's site.

    I guess I will try to flash he beta bios with the other switches or flags whatever they are called, but not use the /CKS and see if I get an error.
