Post a NEW screenshot of the Advanced Tab (Slic Dump Tool) from Windows 7 now that you have it installed. That way I can see what's happening in Win 7.
Flash that first Pubkey Mod I did for you and post a screenshot and see if it does or doesn't list two SLIC Table (2.0 and 2.1). We need to get it to only have the SLIC 2.1 Table seen.
