    Hello:

    NoJuan999;
    Cmagne, here with a question...How Do I REstore OEM Certificate?...when System cannot find slmgr.vbs...or recognize the command.

    What I am attempting to do is RESTORE MY GENUINE STATUS, AS I mistakenly deleted a WAT file...Here's hoping you have a solution other than clean install that would wipe out my important files.

    Kind regards;

    Cmagne.

    Put your Win 7 DVD in the Drive and run a Command Prompt as Administrator and type sfc /scannow and hit ENTER.

    Hi! NoJuan999;
    Did as suggested and I really appreciate and thank you very much. Results stated that some files were corrupt and successful replaced to effect at next boot.
    Yet, after re-boot and checking activation with the OpaTool #a-- (a Windows Script Host dialog box stated ) On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-Core edition, run 'slui. exe 0x2a0x80070424' to display the error. ERROR: 0x80070424.

    Script: C:\Windows\System32\slmgr.vbs
    Line: 1494
    Char: 5
    Error: The specified service does not exist as an installed service
    Code: 80070424
    Source: (null)

    Mr. NoJuan999, can you explain the next step in correcting this, so as, to be able to re-install OEM Certificate.

    Best regards;

    Cmagne.

    You need to go read/search through the Windows 7 Threads and look for a solution.
    This is as far off topic as I will go.
    This is a BIOS MOD Request Thread , NOT a Fix my Windows 7 Installation Thread.

    Hi NoJuan999!
    thanks for your fast answer. There is an error coming 0xC004F015
    with slui.exe 0x2a0xC004F015 it tells us "die Lizenz ist nicht installiert"
    Perhaps is another SLIC better? Now I have 30 days for a new license.

    But now it is all very good! I takes another key (DELL) and it is working!
    Thank you NoJuan99.

    Post a NEW screenshot of the Advanced Tab (Slic Dump Tool) from Windows 7 now that you have it installed.
    That way I can see what's happening in Win 7.
