That is almost Never true. A Modified OEM MB Bios is Specific to an OEM MB and the Base MB Bios will usually BRICK it. You need to Run AwdFlash and make a backup of your current Bios if you want this modified. PS Click on your posted link, it is an INVALID Link, it results in a Page Not found error.
Did you flash the unmodified Version of this First ? If not, Do that and then reset Bios Defaults and clear CMOS. Then Reflash the Modified BIOS. As far as what Flash Utility to use, I have No Idea. I don't have that PB PC, you do. You need to search the PB site or search in the Bios Mod Forums.
