    I have successfully installed the bios mod,but i dont have key for toshiba windows 7 ultimate x64...
    I´ve used windows loader 1.8 for oem activation without cracks, only cert and key, but the program dont have the key and i searched for key in the internet without sucess.
    Can you post the key for this slic version?

    There is No Toshiba Key.
    You can use any Ultimate Key.
    I would use the Samsung Key just because Toshiba and Samsung have produced Hardware together over the years.

    maybe i have installed firmware bios incorrectly... :(
    i clicked to run the Updatebios.bat in windows ambient (W7x64), this method is right?

    That uses the WinFlash supplied by Toshiba and might work.
    I personally would use Awdflash from DOS.
