My bad that's actually an AMI Bios so you need to use AFUDOS.

Use Afudos 4.xx from AMI not Afudos 2.xx from Asus.
Rename P20B200.BIN to P20B200.ROM and Flash like this:
    AFUDOS P20B200.ROM /P /C

I may have the wrong Idea here, but are you asking how to type the / key? if so it should be hitting the ? key without holding the shift key. This is for US and UK keyboard layout.

    Regards

    No,
You shouldn't have to do that again unless you uninstall the KB971033 Update and it gets re-installed later.
Even then it should not Flag your PC again.
