    OK, I have a bios installed for MA77OT-UD3P

    What do I do after that, do I have to install the GIGABYTE-GBT-2.1.XRM-MS? or an additional key? Thanks.

    Right now, System Properties says windows is not activated; however, when I click to activate, it says it already is???

    No it has an ASUS SLIC 2.1.
    Is there a reason you really need Dell SLIC 2.1 ????
