What is the best way to verify that a Win7 ISO is not infected with malware (untouched)? Thanks!

Alright, hopefully the last question. I have done a clean install, and my system says it has an OEM key and Genuine, do I have to still run and install the Gigabyte.XRM-MS and then enter in a SLP key or am I done? Thanks!
