    He has Vista Installed.
    Tell him to Install Windows 7 and I bet you will find that it really has SLIC 2.1.

    I will let him know. Can you help get him unbanned? He's crying about how he posted in both sections because he didnt know which one, and doesnt know why he got perma-banned without warning, etc.

    I'll post back for him after he install Windows 7. Gracias.

    I have No Idea why he got banned.
    I'm pretty sure just posting in two sections wasn't really the reason, plenty of people do that by mistake.
    You will need to PM a Moderator and ask.
    I have nothing to do with policing this site.
