    I Flash from DOS with the Included flash Utility and de notebook is now a BRICK.

    NO VIDEO, NO POST, NOTHING.

    I TRY RECOVER BOOT AMI BUT THE FLOPPY READING FOR MANY MINUTES AND NOTHING: PLEASE HELP........................

    Wrong Forum.
    We add SLIC 2.1 info to Bios Files, We don't do Bios Unlocking.
    You could try reading some tutorials and do that yourself or start a new thread and maybe someone will help you with that.
    PS
    You need to provide a link to your Bios or No one will help.

    I was successfully able to use the bios mod to change the SLIC. I would like again to thank you for the pointer to the correct BIOS and a very special thanks to NoJuan999 for creating the mod. Very much appreciated!

    If I ever wish to update the bios from the Gigabyte website, I wonder if this mod is permanent or if with a new BIOS, the SLIC 2.1 is deleted?
