    I don't think I did this one for you but it does not matter. When you installed the license and Product Key, did you do so using elevated privileges (RUN AS ADMIN)?

    I did not send this to you....did you execute a script file (.BAT) file?

    You need the HP certificate and you cannot change the name. Was your bios modified with a HP SLIC 2.1?
