You're in the wrong menu for checking SLIC. Instead of clicking BIOS, click ACPI, and there will be more menus, where you select SLIC.
Guys, please make sure you put what brand of machine you're running on - modders need to know if you're on a Dell or HP or another, otherwise we're firing blind.
I fail to see how this info is important..handy, but not necessary. Just as the RWeverything report is not necessary for the Award/AMI bios mods, for the most part..the OEM is superfluous at best.. But...If you think you need the info, then by all means ask for it...
I'm expering problems with my ASUS P4-P5N9300. The Bios Mod with the Dell SLIC 2.1 posted on this site has only got SLIC 2.0 according to the everest ultimate. I've tried to make my own mod with the tool posted here with the same result. If I load the modded bios to the award tool it shows it has already got the slic 2.1 but after the flashing no any programs can see it as 2.1 only as 2.0. Do you know what could the problem be here? Here are the infos about the mainboard: Manufacturer: Asus Model: P4-P5N9300 Bios: Phoenix Award
