Yep, thats all there is to it. You plug the dock internally to your motherboard and Powersupply, then you never have to touch it again. If you setup your motherboard SATA (controller) in AHCI mode in bios and add drivers during O/S install, (not IDE emulation) then you also have hot swap - you can just plug and unplug as you wish, with PC running. Its one of those things thats so obvious you wonder why they havent done it before.
Sounds a great idea to reuse my unneeded HDD. However, this is India, and my 10-20 mins of googling has shown not much availability in India. Will try from brick and mortar vendors.
