Is there a way to create a library through a .cmd file? When a new user is created & logging in for the first time I would like to have, for example, C:\Users\%Username%\Downloads re-directed to D:\Users\%Username%\Downloads by default using a library. I want to keep C:\Users, just change the default location. I've looked at mklink but I don't want to be moving/deleting anything. Thanks in advance!
