Yes,thanks for confirmation.I assumed that nvidia too released its latest drivers based on newest wddm version only like amd & thus would be uninstallable on ltsb but my assumption was incorrect.Btw someone posted that intel latest gfx drivers too are uninstallable on ltsb.
If only Windows, software and malware were not allowed changing its rules at will, it would be nice, not to mention the lack of outbound notifications. 3rd party software, like Sphinx or Glasswire, locks Windows Firewall rules, so they will not get changed, unless the user allows it.

I was thinking about this some more. Lets say a company is spying on me. What are they realistically going to do? Targeted advertising. How many of us are blocking any and all ads on our computer and phones? I know I do. So its all a storm in a glass of water for those of us in free countries and not doing anything illegal.
