    If the rumours are true about the camera in the Galaxy S4, then I'd wait for it, because it's going to probably be the best camera in a phone until someone comes out with a better one.

    The best camera phone: Nokia Pureview 808 (43 MP sensor with Xenon flash)

    The best camera phone for video (great recording too) and low light photos: Nokia Lumia 920 with Optical Image Stabilization (I use this one)

    Just google them and you will agree ... :)
