One How Flew Over The Cookoo Nest, Green Mile, Bill and Ted's excellent Adventures, Space Ball's, ELF, Jaws 1,2,3, The Mummy, Short Shank Redemption,
For me, I'd have to say.... JAWS I know some will laugh and say the movie is very corny with horrible special effects. But it was made in the 70's with technology that was outstanding for that time period. But my argument for this movie is these: A: The movie can play 2 tones and instantly you know what's coming, it sends shivers down people's backs. B: Years after the movie was made, people watch it and it still scares them from going into the water, despite it's "cheesy" special effects. C: The only movie to capture 2 real shooting stars while filming. D: Robert Shaw was drunk while filming 90% of the movie. E: The speech that Shaw did about the Indianapolis was entirely ad-libbed. F: Classic status! G: It's got a giant killer shark in it without freakin laser beams?... Bad ass! I could go on, but you get the point. Other great movies include: The Zodiac The Bourne movies The Shining The Jerk Dirty Rotten Scoundrels I have more favorites but am cutting this off here. Any way a mod can remove my attachment?
