I can't get a bank account for awhile.I want to get one of those prepaid debit cards.Master or visa.I am looking for one that has no hidden fees,does not allow overdraft,& has the lowest monthly fee possible.I am not going to be making 30+ purchases a month.Will be very few,sometimes not even one purchase within the month.
