BIG BAD MISTAKE, cant undo????? permissions

    hey guys

    tried the system restore, does not work.... Any one got any other ideas?

    First try to instal this HDD in another computer and see what happens, I mean if you can see your files.The reason is to see if the problem is in the HDD or in the OS.

    I get the same result on my other machine: XP Pro 32 bit

    still clutching at straws!!!

    First off, I am sure everyone appreciates your offer but a forum is composed of members who deign to volunteer their knowledge skills and abilities to help their confrères where they can. If someone takes you up on your offer, please PM me.

    First off, I would like to know what Vista sees. Go to DISK MANAGEMENT and post back what Vista reports about the drive, i.e., drive, capacity, status, etc.
