I think it is self explanatory, when you run normal one windows will ask if you want to merge registry entry and obviously silent one just run it nothing will appear. It will probably be an sfx.exe file (don't ask what sfx.exe try searching)

Nice to see it sticky....managed to dl without problem. Maybe new registries tweaks could be added in the future.
This has well over 300+ tweaks, so anymore that i make/find i'll add. Has pretty much anything you need in the pack. Still mulling about making a quick program to add the tweaks via a GUI, instead of looking through the folders. If i do it, you'll still need the folders (i'll do the App.Path Method), but the GUI will give a quick description about the tweak so your not having to look at it with notepad to determine if you can use it.
Hello! Thanks for the bundle of registry settings. I have one question though: do I need the half open outbound limit fix for Windows 7 ? I've heard the limits are disabled (also according to this: Disable and Remove Half-Open TCP Connections Limit (to Unlimited) in Windows 7 and Vista SP2 with EnableConnectionRateLimitin Registry Key)
