Seems to be vietnamese with a sell offer for his yamaha sirius V. So just spam to sell his motorcycle.
I just reportet him. If you look at his ID it looks like its just a spam account

 

Perhaps he looks for W8 stickers to customize his bike.

It´s not actually a blue one, only in detailed view, rest is green.

 

My screenshot is from this theme. If you chose "More"Details" it´s blue, but normal bar is still green.

Very cool, anybody still crying the blues about Start Menu

 

So has anyone managed to get the straight aero transparency to work I have tried the method in 1st post of The-Official-Windows-8-Repository but that only works with a existing windows theme not a custom theme as in a diffrent background pic
