Hello all! I have a few questions maybe someone could help me? From browsing the threads I feel i'm not going to be able to do this easily, I have a brand new gateway NE 522 series laptop, and I want to play with hyper-v on it, It comes with 8.1 Core installed, but I can blow that away with another version of windows. From wininfo 32, it says I have a Insyde Corp bios version 2.09, dated 11/19/2013, with smbios version 2.7, bios mode UEFI, the hardware virtualization is disabled in the firmware, and after going through my bios, I can not find any switch to turn it on, I assume it is hidden in the bios?? any advice would be appreciated, if you need anymore info let me know!
Im having the same issue as my friend an unlock for this bios would be great as I need it for bus clocking reasons. BUMP
