Yes, you can mod the Bios: read here ---> http://forums.mydigitallife.net/forumdisplay.php?f=25

Maybe there is already an BIOS for your laptop around - when not, you have to modify the BIOS yourself or ask in the right thread for an BIOS-Mod.

And, yes - there is some danger thats your laptop gets bricked during the flashing/after flashing (you find help in the same section as biosmods)

You can use Loaders or RemoveWAT aswell (its saver, but can get shutdown by M$)

    Make your choice!

For me <-- i´m running Daz´s loader from here: http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/8632 with no problems on a Samsung Laptop

    Good luck!

If that Bios is an AMI or Award Bios you can use the appropriate flash utility to make a back-up of your current Bios and modify that.
