    ive used the bois backup but i cannot upload it for some reason i dont know why but i did find this in the info

    BIOS Version This field is read-only

    Displays the BIOS version Example: W67631P2 V3.0B18 AwardBIOS V6.00PG

    and cannot be changed from the BIOS Setup.

    Look on your PC Case and find out the EXACT Model Number then you will be able to find the BIOS you need.
