seems DSM_RS3614xs+_8451.pat (.pat is just .tar) contains nothing about Insyde H2OFFT (Flash Firmware Tool) so requesting the reupload of the file above ("Insyde H2OFFT (Flash Firmware Tool) Version (SEG) 100.00.05.02 - For Linux (H2OFFT-Lx64)")!
@quid: @all: running "H2OFFTSx64.efi rom.rom -G" prints me: "Error: IHISI 14h failed" internal error 24" Any hints how to bepass it? is this read protection? (while open for write, what's the idea of such)
H2OFFTSx64.efi works like a charm writing any bios version (with -MC) BTW: H2OFFTSx64.efi seems just prepares something , then reboot, then "LCFC EC ROM Flash utility 0.04" runs and does the flash (where it comes from? Bios itself? in which mode? EFI, DXE?) all goes Ok - 100%. But when i try to write moded bios after reboot it says: "Insyde H2O Secure Flash, Error: invalid Firmware Image" Any chance to skip this check? Or calculate CRC or replace signing? Maybe Intel flash Tool could be used to flash without checks? (modding and writing the decrypted rom image grabbed directly by SPI hardware flasher device) Thanks for ANY syggestions!
