Bootloader (for slic)

    Hello All,

    Now that we have a proper Windows 2008 OEM activation process, can a Vista type bootloader /w SLIC be applied and work?

    Windows Server 2008 install + Bootloader (w/SLIC) + cert + OEM key = Activated?

    Sure it should work, look i'm not saying it will, but put it this way, server 2008 standard activates with ASUS slic and ASUS cert and the bootloaders that are outhere has the ASUS slic bios emulation and they use the ASUS cert y you want to use the ASUS in firts time, so my guess without testing firts is that it will thind is, the key that the program wont match so after you install the bootloader once in in the desktop you will have to put manualy the server 2008 key and that will activate the system.....hope this helps you friend...;)
