    Will an 6800K based system run 32bit Windows? e.g. W7 32bit or W10 32bit.

I m looking at the Intel support page for the above CPU and I m only seeing downloads for 64bit OSes...

you need to know that 32bits windows versions cannot be installed in UEFI in most cases with only a few exceptions. you will to set up the bios on legacy/bios to be able to install 32bit versions.
Another thing you need to know is that some bios machines do not contain legacy/bios options and if it's the case, you won't be able to install win7 as it's impossible to install win7 on pure UEFI so if you are a win7 fan, make sure to check that the machine you are going to buy contains Legacy/Bios options otherwise you won't be able to install win7 on it.
