Build 7989 X64 Activation

Well just do a fresh install but not a format. Honestly it really does not take that long to reinstall and you will not lose any data on the partition if you install without formatting.

 

yeah you're right but where can we download the preactivated one?

 

Well currently as far as IK it is only being hosted in the staff section of w7v but I would imagine someone else would have it and leak it publicly. The reason is that I don't think OvaryAction is part of the w7v staff and the staff is the only ones that have access to this build there at this time. I would imagine it would leak soon though.

 

I guess that is another way but honestly I would not want to do that for a pre-release build since you have to talk to M$ lol.

We aren't chicken just don't like talking to MS employees if we don't have to lol. Better to pre-crack it then do phone activation IMO M$ is not stupid.

 

A preactivated ISO No way MANG them dudes at W7V are busters if Id say so my self....!

 

Still testing, so far all joy! Shouldn't be long 'till it's on FTP Server. 2 flavors, OEM for users with modded bios and SLIC 2.1 and one for everyone else!

So will this be fully activated when we install it?

 

If you have a modded bios slic 2.1 it will be activated if you install the oem iso.

Retail iso will be activated without a 2.1 slic bios

 

I'll need the Retail one then, can't wait for leak

 

I have to agree with OvaryActing, it will be activated as soon as it is installed and it was in my case. It reminds me kinda how the old vista pre-activated ISOs on the net that had loaders slipstreamed into them. I have not tried the OEM one but I Can definately say that the retail one activates just fine.

My old Acer Ex5420 wants to know what is a Slic 2.1 - is that sort of like a Slick Willy...
plus its activated. using a old Windows 7 Ultimate key.

i cant activate it even i used retail serial from w7 ultimate! how to activate it using w7 retail i've tried everything nothing works
