    We need a tutorial how to change the wim so that it is pre-activated.

    Disable your internet connection, click system property, using the phone activation method...

    What about the rearm trick?! Is it still working? Does any one know something about it?

    I don't think you have to activate once you install a key.

    Edit: *rearm

    Does 7989 build really need to be activated? Why and for what? I can't see 30 days for activate and system expires 03-16-2012. Sorry, maybe I'm just not informed

    buuuuuuu: Windows 8 has added the genuine center like in the previous 2 builds if not all of the previous builds lol. It will not say that but you can run this command :

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    That will display the info you need.

    No it's a waste to activate this build, you can rearm 3 times... that's enough until Beta.. and maybe another leak before that.

    Why would this work? /dti gives you the number you see on the phone activation dialog.
