Is MS ditching Windows Media Player? Notice how every build after 7850 starts up with WMP not pinned to the taskbar...also, there is no WMP 14 beta present in any of these builds...
Can you get system properties, mine won't load And Aww, the easy zip files button in the Ribbon is gone :/
Also, I've noticed the portable workstation now requires a 32GB memory stick. Previous builds only required 16GB.
You're talking about the ribbon? The 7955 mui file doesn't match with the x64 7989 dll, that's why it doesn't work. The file needs to be rebuild with the 7989 mui as base.
Even with the redpill, the webcam app is not available, yet a file in system32 named webcamui.dll is still there.
right, i'm a dumb, there'll never can work... forgotten that is x64.... the old notebok was'nt so i did not think.... Thanks Stan
Enable the Windows Classic/Aerolite theme, then in Windows Color and Appearance, check 'Enable Transparency'...its soooo buggy though...
The leaked office 15 build no longer moans about an unsupported OS. click2run64.msi runs and goes through the green bar etc but it doesn't go further. Doesn't even create the temporary disk partition (Although that may be due to me already having 4 partitions on one laptop HDD).
Hi I've got Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with SP1 PL. I installed english language pack and changed language to english (United States). I can't upgrade to 7989 because I'm getting an error: You can’t do a typical upgrade using an installation disc that’s different from the language installed on your computer. Go online to see how to install Windows 7 and keep your files and settings." Why? I changed language. What can I do to upgrade?
Redpill + logoff/logon. Go to the User Accounts settings, enable and then set pattern As I say, the troubleshooter should fix this. Works for me all the time on Windows 7. Yes. you must use redpill though Has hybrid boot been removed? I can't find it in 7989 - EDIT was looking in the wrong place Also, I'm not getting a confirm delete dialog when deleting files. The files just go strait to the recycle bin. I do still see a confirm dialog when I shift-del a file though.
