    A .clg fie, if I'm right, is a catalog file used to make a customised installation disc with windows OPK (OEM Pre-installation Kit) http: / / www . microsoft . com/oem/en/downloads/Pages/windows_7_opk .aspx
    I used it to customise Windows 7 with my logo and support information when I build customers PCs. :biggrin:

    This weekend I was positively suprised by Windows8
    Got myself a new mainbord/processor.
    While installing W7 it got errors (DVD F*ck*d). Had no other options to connect the HDD with W8. And guess.. Without any error, without nothing it booted completely. WOW.

    Windows 7 can do the same after a few errors/BSOD

    Chipset? I think you mean Graphics Drivers ^.^

    Can someone please point me in the right direction ?

    Everytime I try clean install or install through VMPlayer, I get a blank screen with NO OS to choose from and unable to continue, I am lost o_O

    Hi, I realise this thread is more or less dead, but I just found something new. In immersive ie, while playing an html5 video, the player controls are larger and more touch friendly. also a new icon to the left of the speaker allows the user to 'playto' other devices.

    Guys...avast antivirus is works fine in 7989...without aply compatibility settings.....chrome is works but without sound in youtube and others....opera working great without any probblems...

    Antivir is working fine, too. Only Firefox seems to chrash often...

    To fix the Google Chrome no sound issue:
    Open a New Tab in Chrome
    Type in about: plugins
    Click the + next to details
    When Flash expands, find gcswf32.dll and DISABLE it.
    Restart your browser.

    Firefox 5.01 is better than 6.0, Firefox6 had crashed a lot...

    Guys...
    I found this on the Internet:Windows 8 build 7989 Lite.rus;I downloaded(took arround 15 h) and instaled on my laptop....from the beginning this build has full metro...but in the final was in russian...and i dont know russian....BTW is better than w8....etc by torko(this build is redpilled by owner)...the build from Torko has buggs in it...

    Hello:
    Is there somebody able to unlock Immeriveui in 7989?
    Was somebody created or finded the shsxs.dll?
    I think here is a lot of people capable to do this....please give me the proof if somebody has done this in 7989...
