While this is a nice option for Enterprise and some Educational deployments -- is it only intended to only work with retail SKUs or will it work with Windows 11 IoT LTSC?

It works with LTSC builds too. But this answer file is only makes sense on Consumer or Business build deployments, because LTSC / IoT LTSC builds already stripped down: Doesn't have Teams, news or suggestions, bloatware.. IoT Enterprise editions also doesn't require TPM or Secure Boot.

Other than that local account creation, oobe skip, update polices etc.. will work fine.

Edit: As @Enthousiast said, standard LTSC editions still require TPM and Secure Boot. Only IoT Enterprise editions (24H2, 25H2, and 26H1) and IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC do not have those requirement.

Still requires TPM and Secureboot, IoT Enterprise (24H2, 25H2 and 26H1) and IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC don't.

I would advise to edit the post with the wrong info, else it will be repeated and still incorrect ;)
