Windows 8x drivers will often work on Windows 10. And that's if your using the Intel video. Many peeps use their own video card, usually Nvidia or an AMD I agree... over time, Windows 7 drivers will not be available
Windows 8 drivers work just fine on Windows 7, just as they also work on Windows 10. Windows 8 makes for a very useful "go-between" when it comes to drivers (at least it does for me).
TBH I have bought an reatail key last month just for the fun of it and the host accepted the key so mission succeded But hey your are talking about "free" activation I believe somebody is gonne pay in the future for windows it won't stay free forever
No not realy an criminal I have bought it from a webstore not on ebay for me it was just to see if it was perminent activated or digital license in this case HWID with digital license so not realy gained something out of it
kms for win 10 works fine though, i think i shouldn't bother reinstalling and setting up the os all over
Actually it's not just about an activated Windows, its about getting activated by Digital Entitlement, a genuine copy, and that too without any cost so Windows, in future, never asks to buy a key. Imagine a situation where a user have to changed the board and lost activation. User just want an activated Windows by establishing HWID. This process will/can come handy in such situations. I've done this in many systems and all are working as good as ever and that's what @Enthousiast told you how to get it. KMS activation is good for those who keeps changing there OS and doesn't want to go through these exhausting process (Windows 7 -> activation, modded BIOS, drivers -> Windows 10). Though it might be fun for some and I'm sure @Enthousiast is one of them.
I agree but i still would need to install kms for that office 2016 activation and also i think that win 8.1 + kms to win 10 is an easier approach, just my opinion.
Win 8.1 KMS > 10, takes more time and steps then when you go win7sp1 activated by DAZ or legit, and run gatherosstate to generate the genuineticket.xml and directly clean install the current version of 10. @RobrPatty, pro-work still is IP sku, not available for official build.
i once tried daz loader after partitioning my hdd to mbr, but my boot drive got corrupted. Wasn't able to use that drive till i plugged in another hdd, installed win 10 and then formatted that hdd
i dont think there's anything complicated in running that software. I clearly remember formatting the whole hdd, changing it to mbr, installing win 7, after that i installed a few drivers. Rebooted more than once and everything was good, but after i installed daz loader and rebooted, laptop just wouldn't reach the windows bootscreen. Showed some read error
