Did you installed language pack or enabled/installed some feature (RSAT, WMF, ...)? you should not get any of the old updates
If you used RTM LP, then you must reinstall KB2919355 updates collection before change or reboot this is not needed if you used Refresh LP KB3012997
No need to revert or change WSUS proxy you can select all updates, WU will only download and install missing files only
